Igniting Consumer Growth Acquisition Company Limited is a newly organized blank check company incorporated as a Cayman Islands exempted company for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses or entities, which we refer to throughout this prospectus as our initial business combination. While we may pursue our initial business combination in any business, industry or geographic location, our vision is to build a global, best-in-class, growth-oriented consumer business that will rival current incumbents by creating, nurturing, and scaling the next generation of conscious, purpose-driven businesses.
